  • About the positionAs a Key Account Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle, managing new client acquisition (hunting) and the expansion of existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell).
  • This role requires a balance of commercial acumen and technical proficiency, particularly in areas such as Cloud Computing, Hosting, and Security.
  • We seek professionals with a track record in IT consultancy and sales to sectors such as E-commerce, Finance, and Technology.

  • Main challengesIdentify and seize new opportunities: Generate leads and prospect clients in competitive and challenging markets, creating opportunities in diverse environments;Build trust and communicate value: Engage technical and business decision-makers, translating Azions edge computing solutions into compelling, outcome-oriented proposals;Balance hunting and strategic account management: Develop a robust pipeline while cultivating long-term relationships that support sustainable growth.
  • Overcome market challenges: Use resilience, creativity, and a consultative approach to counter objections and compete with established players;Exceed ambitious targets: Combine technical knowledge and market insights to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • RequirementsProven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on direct sales of technology solutions;Expertise in managing complex, long-cycle sales processes;Foundational understanding of computer networks and the fundamentals of how the Internet works;Quick learning ability for technical concepts and terminology;Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to diverse audiences;Self-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset;Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic and ambiguous environments;Advanced English proficiency.
  • Desirable QualificationsEducational or professional background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems;Previous experience in sales within international markets, either through direct in-person engagement or remote collaboration, is a strong advantage;Advanced knowledge of computer networks and the fundamentals of how the Internet works;Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, or MEDDPICC;Experience in cloud or multi-cloud deployment and migration projects;Previous experience in pre-sales or product management roles, bridging technical solutions with sales strategy;Experience managing sales through indirect channels or partners;Advanced proficiency in Spanish and/or Fluent proficiency in English.
