O que você irá fazer

  • Organizing and updating tasks in management tools, maintaining documentation and monitoring deadlines, budgets and deliveries.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress.
  • Participating in meetings, providing updates and gathering strategic information.
  • Identifying and resolving small challenges to optimize project execution.
  • Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Project Manager (located in Austria), support the planning, tracking, and execution of R&D projects under the guidance of the R&D Manager.
  • Act as a liaison between the R&D team in Brazil and the P&F Headquarters in Austria.
  • Organize, update, and maintain the tasks and project information in our project management tool.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and project status reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
  • Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, flagging potential issues to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates and gathering information to support project goals.
  • Contribute to identifying and addressing minor project challenges.
  • Requisitos: Education and work experience requirements: Masters Degree in any field (science, engineering, business, or related disciplines preferred).
  • 12 years of experience in coordinating or supporting projects (internships or academic project experience are acceptable).
  • Personal attributes: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Professional skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English is required.
