O que você irá fazer

  • The professional will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, ensuring the efficient operation of systems, tools, and platforms related to online gaming operations.
  • Our client is one of the biggest cassino brands globally and they are now looking for an IT Analyst for their office in São Paulo.
  • Responsibilities: Provide daily technical support to internal users and partners.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents related to sportsbook and casino platforms.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure service continuity.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and information security teams.
  • Document procedures, recurring issues, and solutions.
  • Suggest improvements to technical support processes and workflows.
  • Requirements: 3 to 5 yearsof experience in technical support or systems analysis.
  • Proven knowledge ofsportsbookandonline casinoplatforms.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and monitoring tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • English fluency is mandatory.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
  • IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or similar.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ticketing systems.
