  • We are seeking a Junior HR Manager eager to start their career in the Recruitment department.
  • This role primarily involves supporting recruiters by coordinating interviews with candidates and assisting with sourcing tasks.
  • ResponsibilitiesSchedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring availability alignment between candidates and interviewersSend interview confirmations, calendar invites, and logistical details to all parties involvedProactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and talent databasesConduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates to assess interest and availabilityProvide general administrative support to the recruitment teamRequirementsCurrently pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Recruitment, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in English, with solid communication skillsProactive approach to tasks and problem-solvingHigh level of attention to detailNice to havePrevious internship or experience in HR or recruitmentFamiliarity with CRM or recruitment softwareAs per the laws of your country.
