  • We are seeking a Junior HR Manager eager to start their career in the Recruitment department.
  • This role primarily involves supporting recruiters by coordinating interviews with candidates and assisting with sourcing tasks.
  • Responsibilities Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring availability alignment between candidates and interviewers Send interview confirmations, calendar invites, and logistical details to all parties involved Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and talent databases Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates to assess interest and availability Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team Requirements Currently pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Recruitment, Psychology, or a related field Strong proficiency in English, with solid communication skills Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving High level of attention to detail Nice to have Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment Familiarity with CRM or recruitment software As per the laws of your country.
