Here are the things were not: A creative agency A media agency A management consulting firm Were a unique marketing operations as a service (MOaaS) company based in Canada and we work with some of the countrys largest business-to-business (B2B) companies across different industries.
This year, weve transitioned into a remote-first model and expanded our team internationally.
You will get to work from home while connecting with a super talented international team.
Were now looking to grow our team further by adding a Jr.
Graphic Designer to our creative roster.
As a Jr.
Graphic Designer, you will be working on multiple projects concurrently and often with competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, you will get to work alongside a rockstar team of designers with a wide range of skills, often collaborating on a wide variety of projects such as: Branding (and rebranding projects) Video and animation-based promotional content Trade show booth event designs Large-scale promotional campaigns UI/UX design Heres a list of the awesome skills and experiences you should have: Technical Qualifications Capable of good writing and verbal communication in English.
Confident in core design skills (layout design, typography, color theory, print management) High degree of experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
) Moderate degree of experience in digital illustration Moderate degree of experience in motion design (After Effects, Premiere, etc.
) Bonus Qualifications (But dont sweat it if you dont have them): Experience with Figma Experience with video editing and color correction Experience with 3D modeling and rendering Knowledge of HTML and CSS Organization and Time Management Comfortable with handling multiple projects at once Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems on the spot Communication and Collaboration Comfortable working collaboratively on assignments Comfortable with constructive feedback and revisions Thrives in a team-oriented environment Adaptable to new company culture Why work at FYA?
