  • RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide excellent client service in partnership with the Private Banker.
  • The role works closely with clients and Private Bankers in the relevant BankingTeam to provide a high level of sales and product experience and support thebanker in all aspects of reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Solid knowledge ofbank products and regulatory requirements are critical.
  • Work in partnership with the PB team including CSOs to address financial needs andexpectations of the client.
  • Exceed client expectations by thoroughly understanding problems and providingcreative solutions.
  • Maintain close contact with clients in conjunction with their assigned PrivateBankers.
  • Provide direct and indirect sales support to the PBs through joint calls and workclosely with product specialists and transactions support personnel to implementclient decisions as well as ensuring after-sales follow-up.
  • Partner with PBs to develop comprehensive understanding of client needs and toassist the PBs in executing specific account strategies, proposing solutions andnegotiating standard transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in line with thepolicies of the Citi Private Bank.
  • Provide innovative support in marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with CAO On-Boarding and Client Services teams.
  • Assist the Private Bankers in executing sales strategies for formulatingstrategies if required.
  • Work with specialists and support team in conjunction with Private Banker toimplement client decisions.
  • Understand how to execute transactions across the broad array of Citi products.
  • Work with client and PB and On-boarding team to facilitate a/c opening and liaisewith client to ensure completion of mandatory documentation.
  • Capture and maintain client information, call reports and Banker pipelinereporting.
  • Participate inclient meetings and account reviews to understand the clients- requirements if needed.
  • Control and complete with your Banker all KYC / IOS reviews and clear documentdeficiencies.
  • Work with CSO in all daily cash management duties to escalate to clients andPrivate Banker.
  • Maintain learning program through internal courses and external certifications.
  • Identify ways to streamline internal processes to make them more efficient.
  • Monitor and adapt to changes in business processes and policies.
  • All clients- complaints should be responded within 24 hours of receiving thecomplaint.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstratingparticular consideration for the firm''s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, itsclients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules andpersonal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing andreporting control issues with transparency.
