O que você irá fazer

  • Business partnerships must be developed and nurtured to secure the long-term growth of each account.
  • The relationship should be an equal one, where the success and skills of each party are recognized.
  • **The main activities will be**:**Relationship Management / Business Partnerships**- To work with the Senior Account Manager to understand all relevant accounts and their history with Ten and to build strong and trusting relationship at all levels with our key account client organizations, from board level to account managers, operational teams and customer facing staff.
  • - To gain insight and understanding of the client wider commercial business objectives and be a key influence within the client business for strategic decisions connected to their customer engagement and retention goals.
  • - To manage any day-to-day queries/issues with the Client promptly.
  • - To intervene in any member satisfaction issues to ensure they are solved quickly and to minimise any damage at the account level.
  • This is particularly relevant when Service Level Agreements are in place and need to be managed to.
  • **Marketing Management**- To increase the number of customers both covered by the service and actively engaged with the service; increasing utilisation period on period.
  • This should drive revenue through an increase in the number of requests briefed or negotiation around a review in the price per request required.
  • - To articulate and communicate the business case for how and why lifestyle concierge could be a key or hero benefit on the client appropriate products or customer.
  • **Business Analysis**- A solid understanding of figures and analysis of work undertaken is required to competently manage each corporate account.
  • Analysis of incorrect data results in poor business decisions and the submission of inaccurate reports which can damage Tens reputation with a resultant lack of trust from the client.
  • - Suggests solutions and improvements to manage highlighted issues through data analysis to manage the implementation of solutions across the business and with the client organisation.
  • - Identify new service improvements and with the internal operations team to have these specified and successfully rolled out.
  • - Provide accurate MI reports on time accompanied by a positive commentary reinforcing the value of the service.
  • **Requirements**:- Great relationship skills to manage the program with the day-to-day contact- Great communication skills to do presentations when asked by the client- Great analytical skills to work on reporting and data analysis- Great negotiation skills- Marketing knowledge to build and manage the calendar with the client and internally- Capacity to work under pressure and prioritize- Native Portuguese, Fluent English- Advanced Excel- College degree- Commitment to supporting the delivery of Tens environmental, social and governance goals, and promoting policy adherence.
