O que você irá fazer

  • Your role is crucial for maximizing partnership value, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • You will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 to 250 clients across Brazil! Join us in driving forward our mission to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and become an integral part of our team, which is committed to safeguarding organizations most sensitive assets!   Responsibilities: Manage sales for the client base, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling; Provide support to end users and channels, ensuring clear and effective communication; Conduct software demonstrations for clients and resellers, highlighting the value and features of the products; Effectively communicating, building and maintaining strong relationships, and strategically negotiating with clients and partners.
  • Strategically negotiate prices and margins, always seeking the best deal for both parties; Identify and create new demands by exploring use cases and client profiles to maximize business opportunities;   Qualifications (must have): Experience in a client relationship or field sales role, demonstrating the ability to work closely with key internal and external stakeholders; Experience in the tech and cybersecurity industry; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work closely with pre-sales and support teams, demonstrating the skill to facilitate processes and ensure activities progress swiftly and efficiently; Availability to travel up to 20% of the time; Advanced English is not mandatory but will be considered a plus.
