Position SummaryThe role of the Service Delivery Manager, Oracle, Empresa importante Managed Services is toLead the Management Services team within the region to provide exceptionalRemote- Ased support for missionOur Empresa importante Application and Technology Management Services team.
This includesDeveloping team skills, working with clients, creating, and retaining high clientAtisfaction ratings.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSERVICE DELIVERY MANAGEMENT OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS ENSURING DELIVERY EFFECTIVENESS AND EXCELLENCE, INCLUDING:Ensure Service Delivery adheres to established internal processes and SLA''s areMetPlan workload for Service Management and ProjectsManage communication & escalationsManage risks & issuesManage Change - Identify, negotiate, and execute contract change orders asRequiredTrack action items through to closure and document decisionsManage and maintain up to date and comprehensive release schedulesManage required Project Margin Targets by effective resource utilizationManage Functional/Technical Resources, Team Building, Training and Certifications- Driving team performance and- Ensuring efficient resource on- Oarding andOff- OardingManage Demand Management through prioritization of tickets & escalationsManage Delivery through orchestrating quality and manage fulfillment of projectDeliverables to agreed expectationsEstablish recurring governance meetings including preparation of materials andWorking with customer to review key service reports/ information to align customerExpectationsEnsure Service Delivery adheres to established internal processes and SLA''s areMetPlan workload for Service Management and projectsBe a pro- Active contributor to a support organization which is running 24x7x365,This will require the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekendsDrive Continuous Service ImprovementsProvide in- Depth knowledge of the Support and Service Transition delivery processBe a role model to peers and other technical members of staff by looking for waysTo meet and exceed challenging performance standards and targetsUnderstand client environmentsProvide expertise, guidance, and participation during the Onboarding and ServiceTransition of clientsDevelop and contribute to the reporting and measurement of Performance ManagementTargetsCommunicate effectively across various organizations within Rimini Street e.
