O que você irá fazer

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of MES systems from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment, training, and continuous improvement.
  • You will work closely with global and local business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective MES integration with ERP, LIMS, PIMS, and plant automation layers.
  • Key Responsibilities:Lead MES deployments globally, including planning, execution, support, and vendor coordinationDesign, develop, document, and configure MES modules based on user requirementsIntegrate MES solutions with SAP (PP, QM, LE, PM), PIMS, LIMS, and control systemsOwn MES service lifecycle and support operations in line with SLAs and KPIsAnalyze and improve information flows, focusing on data quality and process efficiencyIdentify system and process gaps, and lead digital improvements across manufacturingManage and execute international, cross-functional projects using Agile, Scrum, Prince2, or Waterfall methodologiesEvaluate and enhance the MES product roadmap in alignment with business goalsTechnical Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information SystemsMinimum 3 years of experience with AVEVA model-driven MES and OT systemsERP integration experience (especially SAP PP, QM, LE, PM)Knowledge in production scheduling, OEE, traceability, automation, and quality managementFamiliarity with batch/process manufacturing, preferably in the chemical industryUnderstanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Warehouse Management is a plusExperience with AVEVA PI, OPC, DCS/PLC, and SAP MII is a plusSoft Skills:Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and stakeholder managementClear and confident communicator across diverse teamsSelf-motivated, organized, and collaborative in cross-cultural settingsFLUENT ENGLISH#J-18808-Ljbffr
