  • **As a **IT Infrastructure Analyst you will**- Register technical events and service requests.
  • - Provide clarification on technical, operational, or administrative inquiries.
  • - Identify and handle technical support demands for software and hardware.
  • - Coordinate installation, upgrade, movement, correction, and configuration of software and hardware- Monitor events to ensure adherence to service level agreements and resolution timelines.
  • - Escalate incidents and involve relevant stakeholders, including third-party providers, when SLAs are not met.
  • - Provide timely updates and estimates for user requests.
  • - Handle second-level access management requests.
  • - Maintain file folders on file servers.
  • - Create user accounts.
  • - Manage permissions in Windows, Linux, macOS, Active Directory, and Samba4 environments.
  • - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support.
  • - Document solutions in the knowledge base for future reference.
