  • RequirementsEssential: Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related areas.
  • Previous experience as IT Business Partner, Solution Consultant, Product Owner, or similar roles.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent core business platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (required for global interactions).
  • Nice to have: Experience with digital product mindset, lifecycle management, and adoption KPIs.
