  • **About Igah**:Igah was one of the pioneers of Venture Capital in Brazil, having raised and deployed 4 funds and 5 co-investment vehicles since inception in 2013 (46 investments, 18 exits, 1 IPO).
  • Igah became part of Patria in Dec-2022, and since then Igahs IR and fundraising routines are carried out in partnership with Patrias local and intl sales teams.
  • - This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo in an full in person.
  • _**Main Responsibilities**:- Lead communication with 100+ LPs, including some of the leading family offices and institutional investors in Brazil, as well as global investors- Assist in the planning and execution of communication materials (quarterly letters, presentations, pitchbooks, etc.

  • - Carry out the organization of investor events (roadshows, meetings, etc.
  • ): agenda, invitations, logistics, and outsourcing.
  • - Support partners and Patrias sales team in investor meetings and with requests from potential LPs- Executing analysis and calculations of returns, benchmarks, portfolio company financials, market studies, etc.
  • - Perform Benchmarks using market intelligence tools.
  • - Keep the area database up to date.
  • **Requirements**:- Economics, BA, Finance, Engineering degrees preferred- Advanced knowledge of corporate finance (valuation, multiples, etc.

  • Previous experience with illiquid investments is a plus- Ability to concentrate and meet multiple demands simultaneously- Strong analytical ability.
