Involves increased focus on analysis of results and managing portions of projects; reviews the work of lower level analysts.
Coordinates the activity of consultants around the world and prepares the first draft of specific deliverables including the global tracking report.
Drafts client communications and responses to client inquiries for review by more senior International Consultants.
Demonstrates project management and consulting skills such as managing the quality and timeliness of client deliverables; helps to develop budgetand billing reports; participates in calls and meetings as ; assists with the preparation and delivery of clear and concise communications and resolves most claim issues but can escalate more complex issues to senior consultants as needed.
Gathers design data from the client and current vendors needed for analyzing the impact of a client''s consolidation and/or marketing of its healthcare plans; typically involves organizing plan design details and costs in Excel for further analysis by the team; responsibilities also include checking data for reasonableness and follow-up with vendors regarding missing or inaccurate data.
