  • Responsibilities and assignments Plan, create and execute internal communication actions, promoting employee integration and engagement.
  • Produce content for internal communication channels, such as intranet, newsletters, and corporate social networks.
  • Support the organization of internal events, such as training, workshops, and celebrations of commemorative dates.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, using metrics and employee feedback.
  • Keep internal communication channels up to date, ensuring that information is clear, consistent, and aligned with the organizational culture.
  • Work in partnership with other departments to communicate important updates and organizational changes.
  • Coordinate the communication of health, safety, and quality of life campaigns at work.
  • Support the production of visual and audiovisual materials for internal communication.
  • Assist in the development and execution of engagement and motivation strategies for employees.
  • Requirements and qualifications Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Propaganda or related areas.
  • Previous experience in internal communications, marketing, or journalism.
  • Knowledge of internal communication management and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, feedback tools, and internal communication platforms).
  • Good writing skills and ability to create content for different audiences.
  • Ability to work as a team and act collaboratively with different areas of the company.
  • Proactivity, creativity, and good interpersonal communication.
