O que você irá fazer

  • Key job responsibilities: Lead programmatic initiatives to enhance unmanaged seller performance in selection, price competitiveness, brand registry, and advertising; Conduct in-depth analyses of key performance levers to identify strategic opportunities for improvement and growth; Perform weekly deep-dive analyses to address business requests and challenges; Propose seller rewards campaigns and incentives to the Engagement PM, measuring results afterwards and reporting to all interested stakeholders (e.

  • Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience; 3+ years of driving process improvements experience; Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization; Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
