O que você irá fazer

  • Job Purpose and ImpactThe Innovation Advisor - Strategic Supply Chain Capabilities will be responsible for identifying and managing the pipeline of innovation opportunities in the intelligent supply chain portfolio.
  • This person will work to develop plans and deliver desired outcomes within expected timelines and cost during the proof of concept and pilot phase of product development, and play a key role in providing leadership through transitioning from pilot through scaling and sustainment phases in partnership with the product delivery teams.
  • Key AccountabilitiesServe as the point person on the product development team using high level perspectives to define goals an create a vision for product development projects.
  • Own new product solutions from inception to delivery, and identify business value and end user outcomes, including key performance indicators and financial return on investment.
  • Confidentialmunicate with stakeholders across the board including customers, business managers and development teams to ensure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives, utilizing key performance indicators to progress.
  • Create product roadmaps as a high level, strategic visual summary that outlines the vision and direction for the product offering over time, and to be used as a strategic guide for stakeholders to reference as a plan for execution.
  • Create the product backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives, and map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
  • Partner collaboratively withthe team to build working proof of concept solutions in order to obtain feedback as quickly as possible.
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
  • You provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
