  • Role Overview As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of managing and negotiating influencer collaborations independently, driving influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Youll work directly with clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication, and manage relationships with creators to deliver high-quality, successful campaigns.
  • Your role is vital in ensuring that influencer marketing strategies are executed seamlessly, with minimal intervention from other team members.
  • We are looking for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, is self-driven, and has a strong background in influencer management.
  • What You'll Do Lead Influencer Collaborations : Manage and independently negotiate influencer partnerships, handling all aspects of the collaboration process from outreach to execution.
  • Client-Facing Responsibilities : Engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver campaign updates, and ensure expectations are met throughout the collaboration process.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and in line with the clients expectations.
  • Collaboration Strategy : Develop and implement strategies for influencer collaborations that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term relationships with influencers and clients, maintaining clear and open communication at all stages of the campaign.
  • Reporting : Provide clients with regular campaign updates and results, showcasing the success and impact of collaborations.
  • What We're Looking For Experience in Influencer Marketing : Proven experience in managing and negotiating influencer collaborations, with the ability to work independently.
  • Client-Facing Expertise : Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly to clients.
  • Autonomy : Ability to manage influencer relationships and campaigns with minimal guidance or intervention.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using various social media platforms and influencer database tools.
  • Quick to learn new tools and platforms.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated : Able to take initiative, work independently, and deliver results consistently.
  • Highly self-driven and organized.
  • Negotiation Skills : Skilled at negotiating terms, rates, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring a win-win for both clients and creators.
