O que você irá fazer

  • The resort aims to be a premier beach getaway destination for all generations, featuring standout facilities such as 420 rooms & suites, two golf courses, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two-storey beach club, and spacious event spaces.
  • Wellness is an integral part of the experience, with a comprehensive wellness and recreation village that includes a gym, spa, and Kid Club.
  • Job DescriptionBe responsible for all daily income of the hotel.
  • Review rebates and allowances to ensure proper authorization and report deviations from hotel policies and procedures.
  • Verify sales from the Rooms department, as reviewed by the Night Auditor.
  • Verify sales from the Food & Beverage department, as reviewed by the Night Auditor.
  • Verify sales from Other Operating departments, as reviewed by the Night Auditor.
  • Ensure voucher totals match the Night Auditor report and the Food & Beverage revenue report.
  • Verify that guest ledger balances and account detail totals match system-generated reports and the General Ledger.
  • Ensure all sales voucher forms are used sequentially, report lost and voided vouchers, and file them appropriately.
  • Prepare and distribute the daily revenue and statistics reports timely.
  • Post all transactions in the Revenue journal and record adjustments in the Allowance journal as needed.
  • Verify that all F&B discounted checks are justified, recorded correctly in the POS system, and prepare necessary reports for management.
  • QualificationsDiploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems.
