O que você irá fazer

  • While Fintech lenders and for-profit banks are happy to issue high interest loans to consumers, Credit Unions have quietly existed as not for profit lenders that offer lower cost loans.
  • Clutch develops software to turn Credit Unions into FinTech lenders and leverage their balance sheets to responsibly lend to over 130M Americans.
  • Were seeking a Product Designer to ensure Credit Unions are successful at utilizing our software in order to make borrowing less costly for the average American.
  • As a Partner Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for setting clients up for long-term success on Clutch products by managing the implementation process for our Credit Union Partners.
  • As one of our technical post-sale leads, you will drive partner design, configuration and delivery of Clutchs next-generation PoS solution that turns Credit Unions into Fintechs.
  • This role is a good fit for people with technical backgrounds who enjoy communicating and empathizing with collaborators of a variety of backgrounds, both technical and non-technical.
  • What you''ll doWork with and directly support our partners to craft the best possible experiences for users in ClutchImplement and troubleshoot Clutch solutions in a wide array of configurations and Client environmentsBe an expert on Clutchs platform capabilities and app design patternsWork closely with cross-functional teams to improve and evolve productsManage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projectsEffectively communicate plans, progress and status to both internal and Customer stakeholdersCollaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams within Clutch to run beta programsfor new features, improve the platform, and grow our Credit Union communityWhat we expect from youTo be successful in this role, you should have project management experience, be highly organized, thrive in and be effective in ambiguous environments, be able to easily communicate technical concepts to non-technical people, and be able to work collaboratively across organizationsBackground in Computer Science preferableSelf-starter with the ability to assess, troubleshoot and work autonomously to decompose and solve complex problems.
