  • What can you look forward to as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst? We are seeking a Business Service Analyst for our IAM Business Services - Finance and HR (FIIU53) in Sorocaba.
  • Responsible for designing and creating authorization concepts and implementing business process needs across supported systems.
  • The team is globally distributed, dynamic, and multicultural, with contact across all ZF business areas.
  • Your Tasks and Responsibilities as IAM Analyst - Finance and HR (m/f/d): Analyze business needs and translate them into technical authorization solutions.
  • Ensure governance according to group standards for authorization concepts and harmonize existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with business areas and external stakeholders, providing solution consulting.
  • Design and review authorization concepts for strategic IT systems (mainly SAP).
  • Create and update authorization objects (roles and groups).
  • Design, implement, and review system-specific authorization concepts.
  • Design, implement, and review business roles across systems/technologies.
  • Support and advise the business to adhere to Segregation of Duties (SOD) principles.
  • Provide worldwide end-to-end support for authorization concepts and offer 3rd level support for related inquiries.
  • Lead and participate in authorization-related projects.
  • Your qualifications as IAM Analyst - Finance and HR (m/f/d): Graduate degree or equivalent in Information Security or Computer Science.
  • Experience and strong understanding of IAM tasks in SAP.
  • Knowledge of business processes in Finance and Human Resources (beneficial).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical authorization solutions.
  • Conceptual thinking, open-mindedness, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix organization and with agile, international teams.
  • Availability to work at the Sorocaba plant on a hybrid schedule.
