  • We are seeking an experienced and proactiveHR Managerto lead and oversee all employee-related activities at our local HR Operations in Brazil.
  • This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution of HR practices across the full employee lifecycle through collaboration with both local teams and global CoExs to align HR practices with broader business objectives.
  • NOTE: ONLY CVs in English will be acceptedWhat will you do:Responsible for all employment-related activities at the local level, including employment, compensation, case management, and employee relationsAlign HR operations with local employment regulationsDraft local and implement global HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure employee awareness and understanding of company policies and practicesManage employee relations matters, ensuring fair treatment and resolution of issues in line with labor law and company policy in collaboration with the Employment and Legal DepartmentEnsure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in both internal systems and external databasesSupport the local leadership team in all aspects of the employee life cycle, including hiring, training, compensation, and promotionsLead and participate in local and global HR projectsRequirements:Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, People Management, or a related field.
  • HR professional certification is a plusA minimum of 6 years of experience in HR operations in a senior role, as well as experience as an HR business partner, is advantageousSolid understanding of Brazilian employment legislation, payroll processes, and social security regulationsKnowledge of HR best practices, policies, and HR systemsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of accountability and responsibility, ability to work independentlyStrong cultural awareness and experience working with diverse, international teams and senior managementProficiency in English at a minimum of B2 certified level (used regularly for global communication)We offerOfficial employment in accordance with Brazilian Labor Law (CLT Contract);Competitive compensation package including comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance coverageMeal allowanceEnjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment where new ideas and perspectives are encouraged and valuedHave the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company and the industry as a wholePartially or fully paid additional training courses, including English classes, and regular external and internal training
