O que você irá fazer

  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic HR guidance and support to our teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities: Provide daily HR guidance and support.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and report on the Organizational Structure.
  • Develop and update job descriptions.
  • Lead individual development programs in partnership with other departments.
  • Identify team and individual training needs.
  • Provide guidance, solutions, and training to employees and managers.
  • Implement key HR management indicators impacting operations.
  • Implement programs to promote company values.
  • Identify and manage the development of high-potential individuals.
  • Design succession plans for key talent and positions.
  • Design organizational training and development plans in collaboration with management and specialist consultants.
  • Provide HR advice and follow up on strategy implementation.
  • Track Development plans for key collaborators.
  • Methodology 9 box (Performance / Potential).
  • Manage the Human Resources System, including modules such as HR Database Administration, Talent Management, Compensation, and Security.
  • Design and align organizational structures, ensuring balance in salary levels, internal equity, external competitiveness, and job valuations.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a transitioning environment.
  • Proven ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Emotional maturity and adaptability.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Willingness to work both in-office and remotely, as per company policy.
  • Experience in relocation support preferred.
  • Previous experience in industries is a plus.
  • Experience in plant operations combined with sales/commercial/staff roles is highly desirable.
