O que você irá fazer

  • We are now looking for a high-impact HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Commercial and Marketing teams in building high-performing, sales-driven organizations.
  • This is a hybrid role based in Barueri (Alameda Araguaia, 2104 14o andar, CEP 06455-000) and being onsite at least 3 times per week is a non-negotiable requirement .
  • What will you do in this role? This is not a traditional HR role were looking for a true strategic business partner , someone who removes roadblocks, enables performance, and brings clarity to the Commercial and Marketing teams so that business results especially sales growth can flourish.
  • Youll act as a coach, advisor, and facilitator who listens deeply, challenges constructively, and delivers high-impact people solutions in alignment with business needs.
  • Your key responsibilities will include: Being a trusted advisor to leaders in Commercial & Marketing, understanding business dynamics and enabling performance.
  • Facilitating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Supporting compensation and sales incentive structure discussions with a strategic lens.
  • Delivering HR-related training across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Leading initiatives around talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Supporting a matrixed structure (local and regional stakeholders), bringing clarity and alignment.
  • Acting independently on certain HR matters where Centers of Excellence are still evolving in the region.
  • Ensuring accuracy of employee data and leveraging SAP or other HR systems for operational excellence.
  • What were looking for: 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with a clear track record supporting Sales and Marketing functions .
  • Experience in multinational companies , preferably in the tech, IT, or service integration space.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures , especially for sales teams.
  • A strategic thinker with strong execution skills someone proactive, hands-on, and resilient.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills; able to ask the right questions and guide leaders effectively.
  • Ability to train others and explain HR processes with clarity and confidence.
  • Advanced English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies or HR certifications are a strong asset.
  • Previous experience with SAP or similar HR systems is highly desirable.
