O que você irá fazer

  • This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, equipment operator exams and certificationsMaintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment lawOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsQUALIFICATIONSRequired:High School Diploma and/or GEDMinimum 4 years prior experience working in Human ResourcesPreferred:Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent verbal, written and presentation/communication proficiencyExperience collaborating and building relationships with peers and senior leaders in various departmentsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasksAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityThorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, employment-related laws, and regulationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programsProficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems (Workday)Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organizationValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentDisclaimer:This job description is intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by employees in this position.
