O que você irá fazer

  • What Youll Do:Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create effective onboarding plans for new employees Ensure all necessary paperwork, documents, and systems access are prepared for new hires Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires, addressing any questions or concernsOffboarding: Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews Collect and process all necessary exit documentation and return company assets Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth departure process Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvementCompliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee onboarding and offboarding activities Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations related to onboarding and offboardingCandidate Experience: Act as a point of contact for candidates during their onboarding and offboarding processes Continuously seek feedback to enhance the candidate experience and make improvements as needed Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, addressing their needs promptly and professionallyWhat Were Looking For:6-10 years of experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Ops, or in a relevant HR fieldProven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, preferably in staffing or HRHands-on experience/knowledge of policy administration, compensation & payroll is a mustExperience of using any known HRMS platform thoroughlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailBachelor''s degree/ MBA in Human Resources Management or similar fieldDemonstrated ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, working independently across multiple groups, and thriving in a high-pressure and rapidly growing environmentApply for this JobBy submitting an application to Payoneer for this position you agree to Payoneers Privacy Policy.
