O que você irá fazer

  • **Our client has more than 18 years in the market and more than 1,900 active clients in Brazil and Latin America, the specialist company and leader in Latin America in CRM and lead management for the automotive segment.
  • We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who is able to plan, implement and manage HR policies, procedures and programs, ensuring they are consistent with the company''s strategies.
  • This professional will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources.
  • We are looking for an HR professional capable of working in a dynamic business environment, managing change and implementing processes.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES- Bringing innovations to the area through new technologies and teaching methodologies.
  • Act strongly in direct team management with a focus on organizing priorities and time management; - Develop, plan, implement and administer HR policies, procedures and programs, ensuring they are consistent with strategies; - Develop and implement Performance Evaluation, analyzing employee feedback and performance data, to measure, identify and close performance gaps and coordinate the rollout of training workshops across the enterprise; - Manage Recruitment andSelection processes with a focus on talent management, ensuring organizational alignment; - Process management andlabor negotiations, through agreements or negotiations, to reduce labor litigation or compliance with legal aspects; - Manage the personnel and human resources administration area, ensuring quality in the areas'' routines, so that the necessary records, payroll payments and benefits are carried out in accordance with the rules and laws in force.
  • In addition to staying abreast of trends to ensure HR policies, procedures and programs are competitive, identifying plans and conducting training workshops that are driven by the organization''s strategic performance needs, including needs assessment, design, development, delivery and evaluation of workshops; - Propose and manage employee training, through internal policies and rules, as a professional development tool; - Lead the company''s HR area, reporting directly to the CEO.
  • - Strategic activities such as preparing and reviewing the career plan of the functional areas, planning actions and organizational events aimed at employees in order to strengthen the company''s culture, etc.
  • **REQUIREMENTS**:- Complete higher education and postgraduate studies.
  • - Fluent English.
  • - Minimum experience of 5 years as a Human Resources Manager.
  • - Proven experience in People & Management positions.
  • - Effective communication, results orientation, team leadership, planning and organization.
