  • Team Overview:As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-changing environment and learn about several HR subsystems.
  • The HR Intern will support the HRBP team dedicated to the Global Customer Experience (CX) team at DiDi.
  • In this role you will assist all CX HR team members in People Data Management & Analytics, as well as Communication & Engagement Initiatives.
  • You will support teams initiatives regarding Employee Retention, Engagement and other People related initiatives.
  • Youll also collaborate with other HR pillars in order to act in the implementation of projects related to learning and development, employee experience and engagement, culture and communication.
  • Role Responsibilities:**Your Responsibilities**:- People Data Management & Analytics- Support People Analytics Manager to extract and combine people data to build people reports and generate insights- Periodic/project based deepdive analysis on organization, people, and culture/engagement- Organize and manage data & budget governance tools- People data cleansing as needed- Communication & Engagement initiatives- Support CX HR team on training and presentation materials- Support CX HR team on internal employee communication crafting and operations, in partnership with CX function teams.
