O que você irá fazer

  • Recruitment and Onboarding : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Labor/Employee Relations: Address employee/ Consultant concerns, conduct investigations, deal with Union and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • 3.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews and employee development plans.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local labor/ employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • 5.
  • Training and Development : Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • 7.
  • HR Projects : Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and support organizational goals.

  • Other duties as the business requires.
  • Requirement 1.
  • Education- Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Experience- 37 years of HR experience in at least one specialization (e.
  • g.
  • , Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management).
  • 3.
  • Language Skills- Proficiency in  Portuguese, Spanish, and English .
  • 4.
  • Legal Knowledge (Preferred)- Familiarity with labor laws in  North America (USA, Canada) and South America (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina) is a plus.
  • 5.
  • Soft Skills- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
  • 6.
  • Work Style- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
