What you'll do:Ensure appropriate and consistent application of the company's operating policies and procedures; Conduct and resolve employee relations issues by recommending corrective actions; Partner with managers to implement performance management and employee development programs; Provide consultancy on P&O topics mainly about business HR analytics impacting directly on business decision making; Understand and be accountable for the implementation of People and Organization policies, guidelines, and compliance with local regulations on labor law, data privacy, and other governance topics; Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with an understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and benefits; Implement compensation and benefits, leadership development, succession planning, engagement surveys and action plans, coaching and mentoring, learning plans, performance evaluation, and innovation and recognition initiatives.
What you'll need:Bachelor's degree required; Relevant professional experience with a demonstrable track record of know-how and experience in HR areas; Advanced English proficiency; Collaborative skills in a team environment.
