O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate will partner with Brazil leadership to drive people strategy, align HR initiatives with organizational goals, and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance.
  • The HRBP must possess a deep understanding of business operations, influence skills, and a proven track record in executing strategic HR solutions that foster organizational growth and colleague engagement.
  • An understanding of local employment laws and regulations is essential for ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Collaborate with management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Brazil's business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to all management levels.
  • Partner with leadership to identify people-related challenges and opportunities, offering strategic guidance that supports a high-performance culture.
  • Employee Relations & Workforce Optimization Serve as a key resource for employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance issues, and workplace concerns.
  • Promote a positive work environment through proactive engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Compensation and Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment of compensation structures and benefits.
  • Assist managers and colleagues in aligning individual goals with organizational objectives, fostering continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with Latam HR colleagues and Academy Convergint to create and implement training programs for leadership and professional growth at all levels.
  • Change Management Work with leaders to communicate and implement changes effectively, ensuring workforce buy-in and minimizing disruption.
  • Support organizational change initiatives to foster adaptability and resilience.
  • Qualifications Experience: HR experience with a focus on strategic HR partnership, HR Operations, colleague relations, and organizational development, working across all levels from front-line to senior leadership.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related; Masters degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Proven collaboration and influence skills across organizational levels.
  • Experience working with diverse HR teams across Latam to implement HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluent in English and advanced in Spanish.
