  • About the position As an HR Analyst, youll be part of the People team and will be responsible for executing compensation and benefits processes, working closely with leaders and employees to ensure clear organizational structures, up-to-date policies, and market-aligned practices.
  • Main challenges Support headcount planning and keep the organizational structure up to date.
  • Manage internal movements and ensure accurate records in HR systems.
  • Contribute to salary review cycles and conduct compensation benchmarking.
  • Support variable compensation policies, such as commissions and stock options.
  • Oversee benefits and vendors, proposing improvements based on market data.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions, job families, and organizational structures.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the companys FlexWork policy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards with People metrics.
  • Requirements Previous experience in generalist HR or Compensation/Total Rewards roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Differentials Experience in tech companies or fast-paced growth environments.
  • Background in org design or salary structure reviews.
  • Interest in topics such as people analytics, strategic compensation, or organizational design.
