O que você irá fazer

  • This role provides key insights and reports to enhance HR processes and decision-making.
  • Key Responsibilities:Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce planning.
  • Support HR operations, including benefits administration and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records.
  • Support compensation and performance management processes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor HR KPIs.
  • Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or HR operations.
  • Strong analytical skillsKnowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
