  • What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?Support the HSE Manager in developing, maintaining, and achieving corporate and business group HSE goals, including setting targets for site managers, leadership, and front-line supervisors to strengthen HSE culture, compliance, and resultsCoordinate with the HSE Manager and site team to conduct risk assessments and establish objectives addressing key HSE risksOversee OSHA compliance programs, including PPE, Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Machine Guarding, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Industrial Powered Trucks, Contractor Safety, and Hazard CommunicationAssist in HSE-related projects by coordinating and reviewing cost proposals, ensuring engineering designs comply with regulations, and managing contractorsIdentify, design, and implement safety and environmental improvements for workstations, equipment, and other operational areas to support continuous improvement effortsPromote a strong zero-incident HSE culture by engaging employees throughout the site in HSE teams and processesWhat kind of profile are we looking for?Minimum 3 years of experience (prior experience in food manufacturing is an advantage)Bachelors degree (engineering is an advantage)B-level HSE Professional CertificateEnglish proficiency (oral and written)Flexibility in working hours (working on weekends and night shift when requested)Living in zmir or willing to relocateWhat competencies are key to this role?PDCA problem solving and conflict management skillsAbility to work independently and act as a team playerPlanning, coordination and time management skillsFamiliarity with federal, state, and local regulatory requirementsWhat can you expect from Banvit BRF?Being part of a global, collaborative and dynamic working environmentStrong corporate culture with commitments to customers, employees & environment we serveVertical, horizontal, and cross-functional growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation package#J-18808-Ljbffr
