O que você irá fazer

  • This involves working with senior stakeholders, analyzing various business opportunities, and leading execution as a project manager on strategic projects.
  • These projects span across functions such as commercial, operational, and value chain, and across geographies.

  • You will provide professional input on strategic and financial topics to the business and leadership team.
  • You will join a diverse, passionate team focused on consumer insights, strategy development, transformation initiatives, and sustainability.
  • The team is involved in worldwide business activities of the Scandinavian Tobacco Group, with the role based at our head office in Gentofte, Denmark, or in the US (Bethlehem or Richmond).
  • The position requires approximately 10-20 travel days per year.
  • What Will You Be Responsible For? Drive the strategic and business planning process with the Executive Board and senior leaders Lead strategic projects, including growth opportunities and group-wide initiatives Develop and update the long-term strategy, follow up on its implementation, and ensure alignment with divisional and functional plans Identify strategic opportunities and conduct business analysis to support decision-making Support business areas with strategic analysis and advisory What Skills and Experience Will Be Required? With a solid economic/financial theoretical background at the Masters level, you should have 5-10 years of experience in an international environment, ideally within strategy, business development, finance, commercial areas, or management consulting.
  • The ideal candidate: Has a proven track record in analytical work and strategic assignments Possesses effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging and influencing at various organizational levels Works systematically, structured, and analytically Has a strong understanding of financial reporting and corporate finance Is experienced in project management and leadership Finds motivation in strategic matters but also takes pride in execution Enjoys navigating complex stakeholder environments in an international setting What Is On Offer?
