O que você irá fazer

  • Were a fast-growing international staffing agency, and were looking for someone with a proven background in B2B sales whos comfortable managing teams across Sales, Account Management, and Client Success.

  • If it is, then you know how to hire, fire, and manage to quota.
  • You set clear quarterly OKRs, you hold people to them, and you ask for the resources needed to get the job done.
  • What Youll Own: Team Leadership & Management Lead and manage our sales team focused on top-of-funnel activities like outbound outreach, cold calls, and initial client scoping.
  • Oversee our account management team to ensure excellent client service, retention, and growth after deals are closed.
  • Work with our client success associate to build out a more evolved, stable function.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for both teams, and coach team members to consistently hit and exceed them.
  • Ensure alignment between sales, account management, recruiting, and operations teams.
  • Manage a fully remote team across multiple time zones with clarity, structure, and empathy.
  • Client Experience & Relationship Strategy Own the end-to-end client journeyfrom first touch to long-term partnership.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding, consistent communication, and high retention.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients, supporting them with insights and helping them grow their teams with confidence.
  • Troubleshoot client escalations and resolve issues proactively and professionally.
  • Sales & Performance Reporting Report directly to the CEO with clear, actionable insights on sales performance, client health, and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor data and metrics across the sales and account management funnels to drive decisions and forecast growth.
  • Use HubSpot to manage pipelines, track client communication, analyze conversion data, and ensure CRM hygiene across teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruiting, and operations to build more scalable and efficient client-facing processes.
  • What Were Looking For: 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the staffing or B2B services/SaaS .
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and account managers ideally across multiple regions.
  • Experience leading remote teams and creating strong team culture across time zones.
  • Youre a strong leader clear, encouraging, and direct.
  • People love working with you and learning from you.
  • You have perfect spoken and written English and can communicate with U.

  • Youre numbers-driven and comfortable working with metrics, reporting, and setting performance benchmarks.
  • A natural problem solveryou stay calm under pressure and focus on outcomes.
  • Youre experienced in HubSpot or Salesforce and know how to leverage a CRM for visibility, tracking, and team accountability.
  • Familiarity with other tools like ATS platforms (Ashby), Slack, Notion, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.
  • Youre someone who wants to grow into a VP of Sales or a VP of Revenue (one day, managing marketing as well).
  • Youre good with hopping on a plane every now and thento meet clients, pitch at conferences, or spend time with the team.
