What Youll Do Develop growth strategies and improvement initiatives with direct revenue impact for BrazilEstablish highly productive internal partnership across marketing, ops, finance, engineering and sales to ensure thatthe strategy meets overall business goalsDefine assessment frameworks & metrics, set targets, monitor performance to achieve sustainable growth.

  • Plan, prioritize, and execute the experimentation roadmap for paid media that contributes to growth in a meaningful way.
  • Leverage customer research, platform performance, industry trends, and other data sources to develop the roadmaps.
  • Develop the digital acquisition and lifecycle channel strategy considering all relevant channels and opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementally tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works bestMeasure internal/external agency performance against key objectives, including tracking budgetsHighly organised Requirements Minimum of 8 years experience with combination of performance marketing and analytical roles (analytics/consulting/strategy/finance)You have at least 5 years proven experience leading a teamExperience working with incrementality measurement challenges
