O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, deep knowledge of the beverage market in Brazil, and a strong network within retail and distribution channels.
  • This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded professional, responsible for driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the company''s presence across key markets nationwide.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives.
  • Lead and develop the national commercial strategy, fostering a results-oriented and collaborative culture.
  • Build strong partnerships with distributors, key retail chains, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure effective execution and demand planning.
  • Establish clear sales targets and KPI''s and provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at trade events, client meetings, and strategic negotiations.
  • Key Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Extensive experience in national sales leadership roles within the wine, beverage, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian retail and distribution landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic commercial partnerships.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong analytical and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required.
  • Availability to travel nationally as needed.
