  • We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic marketing professional to join our team as the Head of Marketing Regional for Brazil in the payment industry.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement within the Brazilian market.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Barcelona-based headquarters team and play a pivotal role in our regional marketing efforts.
  • **This roles is Hybrid, requiring presenciality to our offices in Sao Paulo.
  • ****Job duties and Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Brazilian payment industry, aligning with the company''s overall objectives and brand guidelines.
  • - Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges in the Brazilian payment sector.
  • - Establish and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective marketing initiatives.
  • - Oversee all marketing channels, including content marketing, social media, events, and public relations, with a specific focus on payment-related content and campaigns.
  • - Work closely with product management and sales teams to ensure alignment in messaging and positioning within the payment industry.
  • - Develop and maintain relationships with local payment industry agencies, partners, and influencers.
  • - Monitor key performance metrics specific to the payment sector and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • - Drive customer insights through research and feedback.
  • - Stay up to date with payment industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing within the payment space.
  • **Experience and Qualifications**:- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • - Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record of success in the Brazilian payment industry.
  • - Deep understanding of the Brazilian payment industry dynamics, customer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • - Excellent people management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in Portuguese and English, to collaborate effectively with the headquarters team.
  • - Proficiency in marketing technologies and tools relevant to the payment industry, including payment analytics, CRM, and automation software.
  • - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
  • - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple payment-related initiatives simultaneously.
