O que você irá fazer

  • You will lead a team of talented data engineers and analysts, ensuring the efficient collection, storage, and analysis of data.
  • This role requires a combination of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to optimize our data infrastructure, drive insights, and support decision-making across the organization.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement a robust data strategy aligned with the companys business goals and objectives.
  • Define data governance policies, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for data-driven innovation and improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the data team.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for data architecture, data management, and analytics.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure.
  • Ensure efficient data collection, storage, and processing to support analytical and operational needs.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and big data technologies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for data-related matters, both internally and externally.
  • Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work closely with the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
  • QUALIFICATIONSBachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in a data leadership role, preferably within the iGaming or tech industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with data tools and platforms (e.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
