  • Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding market presence through new partnerships and special projects.
  • This role will drive strategic growth initiatives and manage relationships with key partners to foster long-term collaborations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, exceptional project management skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and seize growth opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and establish strategic partnerships with potential clients, organizations, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to build mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries and issues.
  • Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects aimed at driving growth and enhancing market presence.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, delivery, and measurement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gain a deeper understanding of our customers.
  • Use insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize partnership approaches, and influence team strategies and priorities.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for growth and engagement/retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and special projects.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout partnership and project lifecycles.
  • Desired Attributes: Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in business development, partnership management, or a related field, with a track record of achieving growth targets and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering results within established timelines.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and strategically about business opportunities and challenges, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, performance metrics, and partnership outcomes to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges.
  • Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or project management.
  • Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships and special projects.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Experience working with sports and/or gambling is a plus.
