  • The Graphic Designer will be responsible for design and development of visual and written content for the brand.
  • Working with other team members, you will create product content, manage sample programs, and creative assets to ensure alignment with the sales and brand strategy.
  • Graphic Designer will also assist with the implementation of strategic marketing plans through coordination of event planning, conferences, press and exhibitions.
  • Manage all aspects of our internal, external, in-person and virtual, marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, etc.
  • **Key Responsibilities**- In this position, you will be responsible for design and development of visual and written content- Working with other team members, you will create product content, manage sample programs, and creative assets to ensure alignment with the sales and brand strategy- Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist also assists with the implementation of strategic marketing plans through coordination of event planning, conferences, press and exhibitions- Manage print and digital asset inventory to ensure brand alignment across all marketing channels- Plan, design, and produce effective product collateral, case studies and presentations for internal and external use- Manage organization of Brand folder, swag, giveaways, and physical samples- In this position, you will be responsible for design and development of visual and written content- Working with other team members, you will create product content, manage sample programs, and creative assets to ensure alignment with the sales and brand strategy- Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist also assists with the implementation of strategic marketing plans through coordination of event planning, conferences, press and exhibitions- Manage print and digital asset inventory to ensure brand alignment across all marketing channels- Plan, design, and produce effective product collateral, case studies and presentations for internal and external use**About You**- Bachelor''s degree in marketing, advertising, communications design or related field- 2+ years of marketing or marketing communications experience focused on driving awareness and new business to a highly visual audience- Graphic design / art direction experience- High attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multi-task- Strong communication skills, and ability to work with remote co-workers- Well versed in product collateral and case study development- Previous experience and or strong knowledge of media production, and visual communication using include print, web/digital, and social media- The ability to wear many hats-we''re a small team!- Experience with Hubspot- Experience with marketing automation platform**What We Offer**- The opportunity to work with a purpose simplifying global expansion while supporting sustainable communities around the world- A diverse and inclusive environment, with over 40 nationalities represented, 90+ languages spoken, and a workforce made up of 52% women- Flexible PTO and birthdays off- Growth and development opportunities with access to Coursera - a leading learning and certification provider- The opportunity to challenge yourself in a high-performing organization and leave each day knowing you have made an impact.
