O que você irá fazer

  • About System1 System1 is the Creative Effectiveness Platform.
  • Our target customers are the worlds largest advertisers.

  • Our advertising and idea tests measure emotion to give our customers the most accurate predictions of the business impact of creativity.
  • About The Role This is an exciting role where you will be supporting our US team and could travel to our US and UK offices.
  • You will be responsible for responding to queries in JIRA Helpdesk and overseeing the efficient resolution of project delivery.
  • The role also involves managing fieldwork performance and escalating issues with the suppliers when necessary.
  • We would expect that you could advise sales and research teams on best practice and product concerns and work with key delivery suppliers around the world, including our offshore Delivery team in Bulgaria and expert sample providers, translation and data processing/charting agencies.
  • This role will be working in English, regardless of the location of the customer or supplier.
  • You need to be this kind of person: Happy working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with changes as they arise.
  • Confident communicating at all levels in English, both internally and externally, and liaising with other operational teams on project progress.
  • Ability to manage relationships with 3rd party teams.
  • Happy working collaboratively as part of a team and building great working relationships across the company while being the first point of contact for colleagues on individual projects.
  • Eager to learn new skills, products, and processes and keen to build on existing experience.
  • Able to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • You need to have the following experience: Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Able to work on a shift of 10am 8pm (TBD).
  • Basic experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Some work experience, including internships, in a role with a customer-focused mindset.
