  • Sobre a VagaWe are looking for a qualified IT Manager to lead the management and optimization of our global IT infrastructure and LATAM ERPs.
  • This position will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, building a secure and scalable IT systems infrastructure, as well as overseeing user support and the management of strategic projects.
  • The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing technical teams, implementing infrastructure best practices, ensuring compliance with international standards, and leading ERP implementation initiatives.
  • Responsabilidades Global IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration of servers, networks, storage systems, and data centers, both on-premises and cloud-based.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
  • Lead infrastructure expansion, modernization, and maintenance projects.
  • Leadership and Service Desk Support: Coordinate Service Desk operations, ensuring effective user support and incident resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage the scalability and efficiency of support teams, ensuring the effectiveness of incident and service request management processes.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of changes to IT systems, minimizing impact and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Cybersecurity: Lead the implementation of cybersecurity policies and practices to protect the IT infrastructure from internal and external threats.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001 and regulations like GDPR and LGPD.
  • Manage incident response efforts, coordinating investigations and implementing mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security controls align with the companys strategic goals.
  • Monitoring and Automation: Manage monitoring and automation tools to ensure proactive failure detection and resolution, as well as continuous system optimization.
  • Use performance data to generate reports that support strategic IT decision-making.
  • Application and Systems Management: Manage the backlog of improvements and projects, prioritizing based on business value.
  • Conduct technology assessments, business planning, and implementation of new systems and ERPs - preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR): Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure rapid recovery in the event of critical incidents.
  • Budget Management (CAPEX and OPEX): Conduct financial planning for the area and monitor vendor payments.
  • Qualificações Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Solid experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in large or multinational companies.
  • Certifications: ITIL, ISO 27001, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Compliance: Proven experience with ISO 27001 standards and data protection laws such as GDPR and LGPD.
  • Experience with hybrid IT environments (on-premises and cloud), networks, servers, virtualization, and infrastructure automation.
