O que você irá fazer

  • With a mandate to develop and scale digital products with a mission to make the purchase of beverages for consumers frictionless and more convenience, we have built a high-performing product management team with significant fast growing startups experience that today oversees 30+ digital products used by millions of consumers across 12 countries.
  • We are in an incredible moment of accelerated growth and, therefore, it is important that you can explain clearly and objectively how you can help the product organization run more smoothly.
  • Youll be the right hand and the air traffic controller for ZeCo Chief Product Officer and the product leadership team.
  • Youll connect the working streams and provide one consolidated holistic view of all digital products and teams in the organization.
  • Youll be a superb communicator linking the product leadership team and the broader organization with confidence and honest broker mindset.
  • Youll make sure the leadership team adheres to the agreed upon management system that ensures the leaders are better prepared and make the most of their limited time, the information is prepared and arrives at the right time for decision making process, and follow-ups happens independently without need to have the leader need to check.
  • **Responsabilidades e atribuições**- Lead the day-to-day operations of the product team- Prepare all information required for reporting and updates to stakeholders- Connect the working streams of digital products into one holistic view to allow better visibility for stakeholders and teams- Help the product leadership team adhere to its management system- Hire and manage a designer and an analyst that will help you achieve results- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders**Requisitos e qualificações**- 3+ years of product management OR project management OR program management experience in product-led tech company.

  • , MBA) from a top tier program- 2+ years in management consulting.
  • - Detailed oriented, resourceful, structured, and process-driven mindset.
  • - Get-things-done and task-oriented mentality.
  • - Self-starter and highly motivated individual that can creatively solve problems daily.
  • - Management experience - team building and delegation- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead and drive discovery conversations and execution of deck development with lateral leaders, senior leadership, and own team.
  • - Exceptional communication skills, a PowerPoint wizard, with experience interacting and communicating with C-suite and senior leadership- Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
