Job Description: The Financial Reporting Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial statements in compliance with local, corporate, and Group standards.

This role will also oversee financial controls, assist in internal and external audits, and contribute to corporate responsibility initiatives.

The analyst will provide backup support to team members and perform additional tasks as needed to support department goals.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely compliance with all deadlines for financial statement submissions, adhering to matrix and Groupe brand standards.

Review financial data for accuracy and completeness; identify and request any necessary supporting documentation.

Monitor and validate the effectiveness of financial controls, ensuring consistency between reported data and operational activities.

Review journal entries related to currency fluctuations and analyze profit and loss reports.

Assist in the preparation of quarterly Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reports.

Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to internal controls and addressing any identified process deviations.

Serve as a backup for Reporting Analysts within the team, providing support as needed.

Ensure ongoing compliance with all local and corporate reporting regulations.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3+ years of experience in financial reporting, audit support, or financial analysis.

Strong understanding of financial controls, journal entries, and reporting standards.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
-
Experience with Corporate Social Responsibility reporting is a plus.

English advanced.
