  • A100 Row Serviços de Dados BRA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide remote support for our non-core Data Center operations (Edge, Outpost, Local Zones).
  • This role demands advanced technical skills, problem-solving ability, and efficiency in operations.
  • About You: You are autonomous, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly.
  • You proactively address challenges and navigate complex technical environments effectively.
  • You have experience supervising colocation operators for infrastructure maintenance.
  • You are skilled in first-level troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events.
  • You excel at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have hands-on technical experience and can efficiently diagnose and resolve issues.
  • You are comfortable working with teams across regions, understanding cultural differences.
  • You are familiar with support concepts such as ticketing systems, root cause analysis, and task prioritization.
  • Key Responsibilities: As a GFOCC Tech, your role involves monitoring and servicing non-core Data Center infrastructure remotely, ensuring operational excellence and communication across teams.
  • You will implement improvements and resolve issues to maintain infrastructure performance.
  • A Day in the Life: Remote troubleshooting of network and compute infrastructure.
  • Triaging and repairing server and network hardware with remote support.
  • 24x7 on-call and first responder for critical issues.
  • Coordinating with remote hands & eyes for infrastructure issues.
  • Participating in small improvement projects.
  • Building relationships with remote facilities for swift response.
  • Assisting in site quality checks and network scaling projects.
  • Guiding vendors on AWS standards and policies.

  • Minimum Requirements: Over 1 year of hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • Over 1 year of networking experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of network operating systems (Cisco IOS, NX-OS, Junos).
  • Industry certifications (CompTIA, CCNA).
  • Experience working under pressure with stakeholders.
