O que você irá fazer

  • You will lead the production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale.
  • You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and strive to build a high-performing organization.
  • How you will contributeYou will:Manage change and transformation amongst the operating teams, implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF-Factory of the Future, and roles such as AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Progressive Maintenance), and an integrated 6-star model to develop self-sufficient teams.
  • Role model values and principles through coaching, mentoring, and development.
  • Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
  • Coach line leaders, cascade, and communicate plans and targets to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Establish governance to review and control operational performance, embed a zero-loss mindset, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and manage improvements to technology, culture, capability, and operating systems for best-in-class performance.

  • What you will bringA desire to advance your career and the following experience and knowledge:Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills; abilities in analytics,problem-solving, and team building.
  • An engineering background with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with integrated systems methodology, continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, WCM, Lean Six Sigma, High Performance Work System), and autonomous maintenance.
  • Experience in project management or quality areas is a plus.
  • Advanced English required; Spanish is desirable.
  • Ability to persuade, collaborate, and communicate effectively.
