  • We are seeking a SITE MANAGER for a specific project in ITAÚNA/MG.
  • Key Responsibilities:Monitoring Construction Execution: Oversee civil construction work, ensuring compliance with project requirements and schedule adherence.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on project progress, highlighting achievements, deviations, and suggested adjustments.
  • Performance Indicators Development: Create KPIs to monitor team productivity and efficiency, ensuring continuous project oversight.
  • Meetings Participation: Attend regular meetings with clients and management for updates, problem-solving, and alignment.
  • Other Activities: Perform related tasks as needed, following supervisor guidance.
  • Qualifications:Complete higher education.
  • Experience with solar projects and civil works supervision.
  • Driver''s license B and availability for travel.
  • Preferred: Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
